At Capital Property Management, we strive to provide the best customer service to our tenants by matching the perfect home to the perfect tenant. We endeavour to resolve issues quickly and without a hassle.

Maintenance enquiries and requests.

If you would like to make an enquiry or request for maintenance at you property, please get in touch with your property manager or email rentals@capitalpropertymarketing.com.au. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can, but your request may take up to 10 days to resolve.

URGENT REPAIRS

Please contact your property manager immediately if you have an urgent maintenance request. The following are examples of issues requiring immediate attention:

  • Burst hot water services
  • Faulty external door locks
  • Gas leaks
  • Flooding or storm damage
  • Serious roof leaks
  • Dangerous electrical faults
  • Fire damage 

For urgent or after-hours repairs, please call 03 9690 1816. 

Looking to move out?

For whatever reason, if you need to move out of your property give us at least 28 days written notice so we can make arrangements. The below Vacating Procedure will help you prepare for the move.
